Small Business Refund Policy
Bridgett's House does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll be happy to review the issue.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Examples of issues that may qualify for review include:
- Broken candle jars
- Missing items
- Severe shipping damage that makes a product unusable
- Incorrect items received
- Manufacturing defects
Minor cosmetic imperfections, slight corner wear, small bends, or normal shipping-related handling marks on books may not qualify for replacement or refund.
Photos of the damaged item and original packaging are required for all claims.
Refunds for Approved Claims
If your claim is approved, we will notify you by email. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
