Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Shipping Locations
At this time, Bridgett's House ships within the United States only.
Shipping availability may expand in the future as Bridgett's House continues to grow.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are not guaranteed.
Bridgett's House is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Bridgett's House is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. While Bridgett's House cannot guarantee carrier delivery times, we will do our best to assist customers in locating lost or delayed packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier before contacting us.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
